The Presence Group 10th annual EWC conference
4 December 2012 - Brussels
4 December 2012 - Brussels
The Presence Group proudly presents the 10th Annual EWC Conference of The Presence EWC Network which will be held in Brussels on 4 December 2012 in Vandervalk Airport hotel
Every year, stakeholders involved in European Works Councils and constructive Social Dialogue meet in order to exchange best practices, learn from different experiences and benchmark ways to make EWCs and Social Dialogue work for all. This year, the focus will be on EWCs and their role in restructuring, the Cercas report on “recommendations to the EU Commission on information and consultation of workers, anticipation and management of restructuring” and the need for European Works Councils to develop a Roadmap as the way to more added value.
As usual, this event will be highly interactive and there will be lots of time for networking and interaction with our eminent speakers.
We have found that management representatives are often not informed on the Cercas report and its implications. In order to be well prepared for the debates on 4 December, we organize a dinner-debate on the evening of 3 December for management representatives only. In case you want us to organize hotel accommodation for you on the night of 3 December, we will be more than happy to assist you. For any queries and hotel room bookings, please contact Ms Maaike Villavicencio on maaike@presencegroup.eu
We look forward to welcoming you in Brussels.
